GC Insights was created by Gabriel Cestaro, an Engineering Team Lead based in Portugal with 14+ years of experience in software engineering.
Gabriel brings together technical depth, people development, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. His work focuses on building high-trust, high-performance environments, simplifying complexity, and helping engineering teams connect their work with meaningful outcomes.
He is a generalist by nature: curious about systems, people, business, technology, and how they connect. But he chooses to go deep in the areas he truly cares about. People development is one of them.
Today, Gabriel works as Global Air Logistics IT Team Lead at Kuehne+Nagel, leading engineering teams and connecting engineering execution with product and business outcomes.
